FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about visits, treatments and fees.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

No. You can book directly. If you have seen a doctor, please bring their notes and any reports.

How much is the first visit?

₹900. This covers a full assessment and your first treatment. Follow-up sessions are ₹700 each, or less with a package.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your condition. Recent pain often improves in 4–6 sessions; long-standing problems or rehab after surgery can take 10–15 or more. We review progress regularly and tell you honestly.

How long does a session take?

Plan for about an hour on your first visit. Follow-up sessions are usually shorter.

Does dry needling hurt?

The needles are very thin. Most people feel a brief twitch or dull ache in the muscle, and some soreness for a day or two. We always explain it and ask before using it.

Will cupping leave marks?

Cupping can leave round marks on the skin. They are not injuries and usually fade within a few days to a week.

What is wet cupping (hijama)?

Wet cupping involves small, shallow cuts in the skin before the cups are applied. We explain the procedure, hygiene and aftercare before starting.

How do the packages work?

You pay upfront for 4, 5, 10 or 15 sessions at a lower price per session. Each package must be used within its validity period: 3 weeks for 5 sessions, 6 weeks for 10, and 8 weeks for 15.

Will I get exercises to do at home?

Yes. Home exercises are a key part of recovery. You get a printed exercise sheet with clear instructions.

Can I claim physiotherapy on insurance?

It depends on your policy. We give you a receipt for every payment; please check with your insurer what they cover.

What should I wear?

Loose, comfortable clothes. See Your first visit for details.
